tired eyes
It characterized some of the symptoms of tired eyes, such as watery eyes, feel dry, or even accompanied by dizziness. The causes vary but at least there are three things that often trigger the disorder.

1. Read in a long time can make the eyes tired, especially if done with poor lighting conditions. Eye muscles will stiffen if it is forced to focus on one position for long periods, causing irritation and interfere with comfort. Sometimes, tired of the eye is followed by stiffness in the shoulder and neck. To avoid this, make it a habit to rest on the eye, for example, for a few minutes after 30 minutes of reading. Rest on my eyes done by diverting attention elsewhere or closed my eyes to feel relaxed.

2. Radiation from computer screens also causes eye fatigue, which is commonly experienced by office workers in a day could sit for hours in front of the computer. As a workaround, set the level of color contrast and lighting on the screen. In addition, the location of the computer must also be considered as well by avoiding the reflection of light from the lamp or sunlight. In connection with the use computer, other things that can be done are when browsing through the Internet, use capital letters to set the menu view then text size. This will provide more convenience for you while minimizing the risk of eye strain.

3. Cause last is the sun that often without realizing it can also cause fatigue in the eye. That is why, using sunglasses is recommended in order to maintain eye health, not just as apparel or accessory trends.
