Benghazi - the National Transitional Council (NTC) Libya will soon prosecute killers of former Libyan ruler Moammar Gaddafi. NTC also previously expressed regret for the death of Gaddafi.
"We've done the investigation, and we decided the use of the code of ethics of treating prisoners of war. There were several violations committed by the forces of revolution, and I am sure this offense was committed by a person, and not the action of the forces of revolution," said Vice Chairman NTC Abdel Hafiz Ghoga, as quoted by AFP on Friday (10/28/2011).
"Who is doing the killing of Gaddafi, will be faced with the court," he added.

Ghoga also alluded to the sexual harassment case against Gaddafi at the Libyan authorities arrested by troops NTC. Until now, the NTC claimed Gaddafi was killed in a shootout in the city of Sirte, which is his hometown.
Based on autopsy results, Gaddafi suffered gunshot wounds in the head and stomach, however, not clear whether the shooting was committed in the long-distance or near.

Human Rights Watch (HRW) also said earlier, despite Gaddafi often committed atrocities during his rule, when caught Gaddafi still entitled to be treated as prisoners as they should.
The incidence of death of the former ruler of Libya was also the talk of the international world until now. NTC also does not treat the bodies Khadafi well; they even show Gaddafi remains in a cold room at the store.
