The hip-hop star, real name DeAndre Cortez Way, was in a car with four other men when they were pulled over and the police for a traffic violation in the Temple in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
All five men were arrested in Carroll County Jail after police discovered marijuana and have cash in the vehicle, and more guns.
According to TMZ.com, authorities are investigating whether the occupants to keep their licenses for weapons.
