Lindsay Lohan |
Lohan is required to attend the hearing which is scheduled for 10.00 clocks, PT. The Associated Press reported that a city attorney recommended that she go to jail again for community service required from its beginning at the Downtown Women's Center.
In July Lohan was ordered in April to serve 360 hours at the Downtown Women's Center, as part of his probation by shoplifting case in January. It is not clear how many hours have ended there, but was stopped by the center. Now it's community service with the American Red Cross.
Lohan's publicist, Steve honey, told the AP that his client is working hard to present to get back on track, counseling, and completion of a course shoplifters Anonymous.
"She is really hammered," Honey said. "She is on the right track. We are optimistic that the judge will see that."
To help his case, Lohan took to Twitter Tuesday night.
"I just want to know that, not only because I followed and photographed during the times I went to do community service, does not mean that I'm not in my duties (from them) to the court," he wrote.
