Adds Employee, Google Buy Expensive Office

California - Google has just made a purchase property in areas of California. Reportedly, these are the biggest property purchases ever made such technology giants.

USD 100 million disbursed from the pockets of Google to buy an area of 240,000 square feet of office. This rather large office is located in Mountain View, as quoted from Mashable, Monday (24/10/2011).

Major acquisition has been confirmed by Google itself. Later, a property called The Landmark at Shoreline will accommodate as many as 960 employees.


Google employees are getting 'fat', and it is this, which lies behind Google to expand his office. Reported, in the final quarter, Google is adding as many as 2,600 employees, which mean the total employee-owned Google have reached 30,000.

Back to talk about the property, Google has spent USD 225 million in 2011. Hundreds of millions is intended purchase of 15 properties in Mountain View.

"As we continue to hire new employees, so we need space for them," said David Radcliffe, Google's vice president in real estate.
